Emily and Euros Williams have just taken over Swish in the spring. Emily is from Jersey, and Euros from Wales. They were childhood sweethearts! She adapted her appetizer recipe to make it more Caribbean like. She caught the cooking bug by working under Tiffany on True North and it inspired her!

Chef Amanda Hutchings of the Yacht Adeia with her Spiced rubbed pork tenderloin with whipped sweet potatoes, banana johny cakes, adobe sauce and fresh spinach with poppyseed
Southwest inspired, as well as the fall earthy tones and what is locally available. Amanda is a trained chef from San Franciso and attended Cordon Bleu. She originally went to school for biochemistry and pharmaceutical! Had a friend on a mega yacht who was a chef and helped, and then fell in love with cooking. She was working on smaller boats and found Evan, who was already working with the owners of Adeia and the rest is history.

Chef Nina Groves of the Yacht Elektra with her Tropical Island. Frozen coconut mousse with mango and pineapple fringe floating on a rum sabayon sauce shaded by a tuile palm tree
Nina's dessert was her idea,and she wanted to make dessert look like a tropical scene. She spent 6 years cheffing on larger yachts. Circumnavigated! This is her 2nd season on Elektra. She is from Devon, Lee is from South Africa. They met in Tonga on boats going to the Americas Cup. They have also been ski chalet holiday reps in Cyprus and Portugal. She started cooking on school holidays at age 12 as she was bored. She specializes in food that tastes great, curries and fishes and uses lots of spices.
Overall winner is Emily Williams of Swish, with Nina Groves of Elektra gaining a honorable mention!
