We do tend to go overboard with our menus, but after all, that is what we do best! Our chefs cater for every type of palate, diet and fancy. We can only begin to hint at the selection of Internation dishes offered!
Something Japanese? Seared peppercorn Ahi Tuna served with stir fried vegetables?
Or how about...French? We have Michelin rated chefs on our charter yachts!
There there is Indonesian, Grilled Chicken Sate with a peanut sauce and served with stuffed green peppers and mushrooms a la grecque.
How about an Italian dessert?
And NOONE in the fleet can do lobsters in the quantity that Cuan Law does them!
