We do tend to go overboard with our menus, but after all, that is what we do best! Our chefs cater for every type of palate, diet and fancy. We can only begin to hint at the selection of Internation dishes offered!

Something Japanese? Seared peppercorn Ahi Tuna served with stir fried vegetables?

Most of our Chefs prefer not to create fixed menus because it tends to prevent their guests from asking for what they really want - but anything is possible!
