- Wednesday November 3rd
- Yacht Registration: 10 am - 3 pm at Village Cay Marina
- Captain Packages to be picked up at CYS desk across from Marina office
- Annual General Meeting: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at Virgin Queen Restaurant. Food will be served at 6:30 pm
- Crew Social: 7:30 - 9:00 pm at Virgin Queen Restaurant
- Non-CYS member yacht participants welcome

- Thursday November 4th - Day One
- Broker Registration: 8:30 am Village Cay Marina at the Gazebo
- Viewing of Yachts: 9 am - 5 pm Village Cay Marina
- Lunch Hour:12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
- CYBA Open Seminar: All welcome, especially new brokers and new crew. Spaghetti Junction: 4 pm - 6 pm. Interested individuals should email CYBA rep Mike Johnson
- Village Cay Welcome Party 6 pm – 8:30 pm
- Official Opening of 29th annual Charter Yacht Show. Live music by MJ Blues. Local provisioners offer samplings. Broker Trivia, Bed-making & Frozen T-shirt contest & more

- Friday November 5th – Day Two
- Viewing of the Yachts 9 am - 5 pm Village Cay Marina
- Why Green Matters to the Boating Community: 8:00 am - 8:45 am. Enjoy a $5 continental breakfast at Calypso Cafe behind Village Cay and a short presentation by Charlotte McDevitt, Executive Director of Green VI. Learn innovative ways other yacht operators are effectively incorporating green measures. Drop us a line if you plan to be there
- CYBA & CYS Boards meet: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm Location TBD
- Lunch Hour:12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
- Travel the Nations: Yacht Hop 6 pm - 9 pm
- Participating yachts offer delectable treats from assorted countries as brokers travel the docks with a BVI Passport. Brokers will have one hour per dock to visit as many "countries" as possible. Immigration officials will be checking for those who overstay their visa.
- Saturday November 6th – Day Three
- Viewing of the Yachts: 9 am - 5 pm Village Cay Marina
- Lunch Hour:12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
- Culinary Contest: Starting at 11 am - 3:30 pm. Sponsors include: Bulova with Colombian Emeralds & Veuve Clicquot with Caribbean Cellars, All at Sea and Caribbean Mountain Coffee. Online Registration at Culinary Contest
- Governor's Reception: 7 - 9:30 pm at Government House
- (shuttles provided from Village Cay & Maria's at 6:50 pm)
- Sunday November 7th - Day Four
- Crews walk against Cancer: Registration $25 (includes t-shirt)
- A simple but meaninguful walk through Road Town. BYOB (of water) Anyone is welcome to join us but do Drop us a line to give us an idea of numbers.
- Viewing of the Yachts: 9 :30am - 5 pm Village Cay Marina
