30th Annual BVI Charter Yacht Show: Nov 8-11 @ Village Cay Marina

- Monday November 7th
- Yacht Registration: 10 am - 3 pm @ Village Cay Marina
- Captain Packages to be picked up at CYS desk across from Marina office
- CYS Member Annual General Meeting: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm @ Virgin Queen Restaurant. Food served at 6:30 pm.
- Note: Dockage discount for attending CYS members.
- Crew Social: 7:30 - 9:00 pm at Virgin Queen Restaurant.
- Social open to all Crews at show.
- Tuesday November 8th - Day One
- Broker Registration: 8:30 am Village Cay Marina at the Gazebo
- Viewing of Yachts: 9 am - 5 pm Village Cay Marina
- Lunch Hour:12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
- New Broker Orientation: 12:45 pm - 1:30 pm
- 30th Year Celebration - It's going to be a party : 6 pm – 10:00 pm
- Official launch of Dining on Deck by CYS Charter Chefs. Wander the marketplace of vendors, catch up with friends, play the games and enjoy live music by Shooting Stars and DJ Wiz. Support youth sailing with a purchase of Sushi and Champagne

- Wednesday November 9th – Day Two
- Meeting of the Boards: CYBA and CYS 8 am - 9:00 am. Location TBA
- Viewing of the Yachts 9 am - 5 pm Village Cay Marina
- Lunch Hour:12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
- Fashion Show: Soire'e BVI, Poolside Village Cay
- Travel the Nations: Yacht Hop 6 pm - 9 pm
- Tasty treats from countries around the world. Mexico, Italy, Canada. "Travellers" have one hour per dock to visit as many "countries" as possible. BVI Passports will be issued for random inspection by Immigration officials.

- Thursday November 10th – Day Three
- CYBA Annual General Meeting 7 am - 9:00 am at Marias by the Sea
- Viewing of the Yachts: 9 am - 5 pm Village Cay Marina
- Lunch Hour:12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
- Culinary Contest: Starting at 10:30 am - 3:30 pm. Register online

- Governor's Reception: 7 - 9:30 pm at Government House
