Walter
, 45 and Swiss, is a licensed captain, a certified mechanic and a PADI Dive Instructor. He was dreaming from the perfect Dive & Relax Vacation solution and in 1991 he went to France and bought the Belline ll.

After customizing the Catamaran, he set sail through the Biscay to the Mediterranean sea where he cruised along the French coast, the Balearic Islands, Gibraltar and the Grand Canaries. From there Walter and his crew set sails for a cross Atlantic cruise.

Léla, 40 and Swiss is a professional "Haute-Couture" tailor, and worked for a French designer. She loves the sea and its bounty-traveled and worked throughout Europe and the Mediterranean learning from her Greek and Italian friend's "Mamas" a long the way. Léla's dishes have always this little special touch of art, as we love the saying "we eat with our eyes"!

The highlight of this was in March of 2001 when the Food Network had a special report about the "Treasures of the Caribbean" and came to film Léla in her element.
