
Yacht Caribbean Dream
Kelly Shepherd and Angie Webber. Kelly has spent most of his adult life on the sea. He had his own Deep Sea and Fishing Charter business in Knysna, South Africa which he ran "hands on" for 17 years. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a chef at a seafood restaurant and also farmed oysters on the Knysna lagoon. He has his SA Yachtmaster and loves nothing more than to involve his guests in the sailing of the yacht. He is fondly referred to by guests as the Cocktail King and you can always find him concocting up new and adventurous drinks for happy hour! Angie also grew up on the water, sailing catamarans with her father and 4 older brothers in Durban. Thereafter she moved to Cape Town and ran a successful tour guide operation for 12 years before relocating to Knysna where she met Kelly. Shortly after that, through a mutual friend, they were offered a position chartering in the Grenadines, where they remained for a number of years and where Angie became a PADI Divemaster. They have extensive sailing experience throughout the Caribbean and are now based in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Her menus are varied and will create delicious dishes to suit everyone's palate as well as hint of very special South African cuisine!

BREAKFAST
Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon and Hollandaise sauce
Ham, cheese and mushroom omelets
Smoked salmon scrambled eggs with bacon, fried tomatoes and mushrooms
Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup
Portholes and breakfast sausages
All served with a tropical fresh fruit platter, a variety of yoghurts, cereal, chilled juices and freshly brewed coffee and tea.
LUNCH
Chicken and seafood parcels served on a bed of pasta
Deli platter with salad and freshly baked bread or rolls
Thai calamari with sushi and marinated mushroom and spinach salad
Sizzling Mexican chicken fajitas
Bobotie on a bed of saffron rice with mango salsa and crispy poppadums

Vol au vents with ham and asparagus/smoked salmon and sour cream

Chicken skewers with satay sauce

Thai shrimp coconut curry with jasmine rice
Pan seared tuna with stir fried vegetables and rosemary and garlic roasted baby potatoes
Filet Mignon, potatoes gratin and stuffed Portobello mushrooms
Parma-wrapped red wine chicken, vegetable stir fried rice and steamed vegetables
