Ian and Polly have been together for 10 years, 3 of which have been spent successfully working in the charter yacht industry in the BVI.  Their intimate knowledge of the islands and laid back dispositions enable them to tailor design daily itineraries according to the desires of the group.  Polished and professional as a team, Ian & Polly make you feel right at home aboard ReAction.

Sailing since the age of 13, Ian's experiences include working on a Victorian Gaff Cutter, channel crossings, plying the waters of the Irish Sea and visits to Australia and the Med.  Ian has a degree in Music with a focus on jazz piano, composition and sound recording.  He worked as a sound engineer on feature films until he allowed his RYA Commercial Yachtmaster qualifications to place on a crewed yacht in the Caribbean.

Polly discovered her love for sailing in her teens exploring the south coast of England with the local sailing club.  Polly holds a degree in English. She left her office job and opted to pursue her love for cooking and sailing. Trained by a UK Masterchef, she prefers to use fresh ingredients and herbs to produce and present delicious foods with devlish desserts as her speciality.
